Refund & Cancellation Policy

ChemVidya sells digital products (test series, question banks and online content) that are accessible immediately after purchase.

No-refund policy

Because our products are digital and access is delivered instantly on payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital content and that no refund will be issued once payment is made.

The only exceptions

The sole exceptions are: (1) a duplicate charge for the same purchase, or (2) a payment that was charged but where access was not delivered due to a technical fault. In these cases the Razorpay payment gateway reverses the charge automatically; you do not need to request a discretionary refund from us.

Contact

If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive access, email info@chemvidya.com with your registered email and order/payment reference and we will help confirm the gateway has processed the automatic reversal.

Cancellation

You may stop using the Service at any time. For any auto-renewing plan, cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; amounts already paid for the current term are non-refundable.
