Welcome to ChemVidya (chemvidya.com, the “Platform”). By creating an account, purchasing, or using any test series, mock test, question bank, or other content (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. The service

ChemVidya provides online practice tests, mock examinations and solutions to help candidates prepare for chemistry examinations (including CSIR-NET, GATE, IIT-JAM/M.Sc entrance, SET/SLET and government chemistry posts). ChemVidya is an independent preparation resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CSIR, UGC, NTA or any government body. We do not guarantee any exam result, rank or score.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login secure. Accounts and paid content are for one individual user and may not be shared, resold or sublicensed.

3. Intellectual property

All questions, solutions and materials are the original work of ChemVidya (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal exam preparation only. Copying, redistributing, reselling or screen-recording our content without written permission is prohibited.

4. Payments

Paid Services are billed at the price shown at checkout, processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. Access is granted for the duration stated on the product (the yearly plan term).

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is” for educational purposes. While we work hard for accuracy, we do not warrant the content is error-free, and ChemVidya’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes & governing law
